  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and construction of industrial facilities and cleanrooms in Israel and abroad.
  The position involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction activities, and maintaining close communication with clients and internal departments.

  Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all project phases: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards

  • Prepare project reports and documentation for management and clients

  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining execution excellence

  Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Civil)

  • 5+ years of experience managing EPC/EPCM projects in cleanroom or industrial plant construction

  • Proven experience with pharma / biotech / high-tech facility construction

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with MS Project, Office, and project control tools

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
