The programming, simulation and software running are performed under strict quality assurance procedures including performing complete software and computer validation according to CFR 21 Part 11 .

We will remove your old, complicated and cumbersome pneumatic board and control system, and replace it with Compudry®, a compact computerized control system, with
endless advantages.



What is Compudry ®?

  • It is a user-friendly computerized operating system for fluid bed
    processors and their supplementary systems.


  • It is a fully integrated modular system consisting of MMI (Man Machine Interface) software, PC and touch screen, communication software, PLC, control board and instrumentation.


  • It is a universal system suitable for all sizes and types of fluid bed processors
    and for all applications (mass production, R&D and pilot plants).

Applications

  • Automatic multi-stage operation, while monitoring and controlling process parameters
    (e.g. time, temperature, humidity, air flow, etc.), without need for operator intervention.
  • Progression from stage to stage on the basis of any of the above process parameters.
  • Monitoring and recording of all process parameters, with graph plotting and historical files.
  • Executing a specific production sequence from a library of previously defined production programs stored in the system memory.
  • User friendly MMI software, in a Windows environment.
    (No prior knowledge of computers is required.)

Validation

    installation of our new integrated computerized system with an insignificant amount of
    downtime.
  • Compilation of engineering files and complete validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
    with on-site commissioning.
