Many factories are obliged to expend considerable sums replacing their old fluid bed processors, even though their actual need is to improve the control and documentation systems of the existing processor.
We will remove your old, complicated and cumbersome pneumatic board and control system, and replace it with Compudry®, a compact computerized control system, with
endless advantages.
What is Compudry ®?
- It is a user-friendly computerized operating system for fluid bed
processors and their supplementary systems.
- It is a fully integrated modular system consisting of MMI (Man Machine Interface) software, PC and touch screen, communication software, PLC, control board and instrumentation.
- It is a universal system suitable for all sizes and types of fluid bed processors
and for all applications (mass production, R&D and pilot plants).

Compudry® is a flexible product which suits a wide application range. Based on our considerable experience, our
system is tailor-made for every client.
The following are some of our system features:
- Automatic multi-stage operation, while monitoring and controlling process parameters
(e.g. time, temperature, humidity, air flow, etc.), without need for operator intervention.
- Progression from stage to stage on the basis of any of the above process parameters.
- Monitoring and recording of all process parameters, with graph plotting and historical files.
- Executing a specific production sequence from a library of previously defined production programs stored in the system memory.
- User friendly MMI software, in a Windows environment.
(No prior knowledge of computers is required.)
- Realistic, colored and graphic synoptic screen.

Validation

- Manufacture of the system modules, and delivery to the plant.
- Dismantling of all old pneumatic panels, electric boards and instrumentation, and
installation of our new integrated computerized system with an insignificant amount of
downtime.
- Compilation of engineering files and complete validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
with on-site commissioning.
Maintenance and Service
